All our digital products include a free trial period that allows users to fully evaluate the service functionalities before proceeding with the purchase:

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article 102 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:

3.1. General right

Consumers and users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without needing to justify the decision and without any penalty.

3.2. Period calculation

The 14-day period shall be calculated: • For digital services: from the date of contract conclusion (moment of purchase) • The period expires at 11:59 PM on the last day

3.3. Pre-contractual information

Before contracting, users are clearly informed about: • Their right of withdrawal • The 14-day period • Applicable exceptions • The procedure to exercise this right

4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply in the following cases:

4.1. Activated digital content

Once the user has begun downloading, activating, or effectively using digital content, they lose the right of withdrawal, provided that: • They have been previously informed of this circumstance • The user has given express consent • Written confirmation of this waiver has been provided

4.2. Fully performed services

When service provision has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the service is fully performed, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.

5. REFUND PROCEDURE

5.1. Refund request

To exercise the right of withdrawal, users must: • Send an unequivocal communication to hi@lobobrothers.com • Include order number and identification data • Make the request within the 14-day period

5.2. Confirmation

We will confirm receipt of the withdrawal request within a maximum of 48 hours.

5.3. Refund

• Period: Maximum 14 calendar days from receipt of withdrawal request • Amount: Total amount paid, without deductions

6. SPECIAL CASES

6.1. Defects or non-conformity

If the digital product does not function as advertised or presents defects: • Right to free repair or replacement • If not possible, right to price reduction or contract resolution • These rights are independent of the right of withdrawal

6.2. Technical problems

In case of technical problems that prevent normal use of the service, users have the right to: • Extension of access period • Full refund if the problem cannot be resolved

8. CONSUMER PROTECTION

8.1. Inalienable rights

The rights recognized in this policy are inalienable. Any clause that limits these rights shall be null and void.

8.2. Clear information

All information about purchase conditions, product characteristics, and consumer rights is provided in a clear, comprehensible, and prominent manner before contracting.

8.3. Conflict resolution

9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

This Refund Policy may be modified to adapt to legislative changes or service improvements. Modifications will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect already concluded contracts.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This policy is governed by Spanish legislation. For dispute resolution, the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid shall be competent, without prejudice to the competence that may correspond to those of the consumer’s domicile.
